Description: First Capital Treasury Solutions (Proprietary) Limited is a financial services company specialized in providing alternative investment services (unlisted investments), serving the investment needs of both retail and institutional investors. Established in July 2009, FCTS has in-depth, personal knowledge of the Namibian markets and the resulting insight enables us to manage Namibian unlisted assets across different sectors of the Namibian economy.

Our unlisted investment product offering include real estate funds (home loans & infrastructure loans), structured housing finance solutions, mortgage securitization and private equity real estate funds. In addition, FCTS play an active trading role in the global agriculture commodities market and will source, store, and move physical agricultural commodities from places where they’re plentiful to where they’re required.

Our agriculture commodity trading platform will help connect producers and users of grain, and other agricultural commodities through origination, processing, marketing and distribution capabilities and services. FCTS’s credibility as an alternative asset manager is tightly governed by the Namibian Financial Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA).
