Description: GenAfrica Asset Managers (formerly Genesis Kenya Investment Management Limited) was established in 1996, to provide high-quality investment management services to Kenyan institutional investors. In setting up the company, the directors were guided by the belief that institutional investors in Africa (such as retirement benefits schemes and insurance companies) had become more demanding in the services they wished to receive from the investment manager to whom they entrusted their assets.
GenAfrica Asset Managers is licensed by both the Capital Markets Authority and the Retirement Benefits Authority as Fund Managers in Kenya and Uganda.
