PENM’s investment focus is on unlisted companies with a proven track record and a strong future development potential. The capital from PENM will typically be applied towards expansion: Growing the business via investments or acquisitions.

The PENM team brings detailed hands-on experience from senior executive positions from international companies in consumer goods, textile/apparel, financial sectors general industry and more. The team will assist the investee companies in critical areas such as formulating business strategies, marketing, branding, distribution, IT strategy, financial management and implementing high standards of corporate governance.
