CBO Investment Management is a West Africa focused Investment Manager that advises on investments, and manages funds on behalf of institutions, private clients, the African diaspora and retail investors.

CBO has committed to eight investments and exited six, delivering positive returns to investors. We are focused on recycling ‘African Funding for African Business’ and using such to generate further foreign direct investment. In line with this mission, CBO is actively investing and raising a USD 150 million vehicle, the CBO Growth Private Equity Investments Fund that is focused on SME investments within the West African sub-region.

CBO is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria and has an operational/ monitoring team of 17 investment professionals and support staff. The company is a member of the Africa Venture Capital Association and is a Fund Manager that is registered with and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria.
