It is a Licensed Dealing Member (LDM) with Uganda Securities Exchange (USE) and operates under license issued by Capital Markets Authority, Uganda. Baroda Capital Markets (U) Ltd. has been given prestigious position by appointing the company as member of Governing Council of USE, the apex body of securities & exchange board of the country.
