Berenson and Company is a long-established merchant bank. Founded in 1990 by Jeffrey Berenson, former head of Mergers & Acquisitions and co-head of Merchant Banking at Merrill Lynch, the Firm provides bespoke investment banking services to clients around the world, as well as managing its own and 3rd party capital for investments in a range of public and private enterprises.

Our current fund, Berenson Capital Partners, LP, invests across sectors opportunistically, with a focus on investments in the specialty finance and TMT sectors. We are comfortable with minority or control investments. The fund has a flexible mandate and can invest globally.

We are active investors. In addition to our capital, Berenson brings advisory expertise and leverages its global network of industry relationships to support portfolio companies.
